CX Aff Terms & Conditions — In plain language, in Bengali

By accessing or using the CX Aff platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between CX Aff and all of its members.

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of any changes and will have the option to close their account if they do not agree to the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. CX Aff provides its services solely for entertainment purposes and treats responsible gaming as its highest priority.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on CX Aff. Creating an account with false details is a violation of these terms, and such accounts may be closed at any time.

• Only one account per person is allowed — multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and ID details provided at registration may be subject to verification.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals — you may need to submit a photo of your national ID or passport.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password secure. CX Aff will not be held liable for any issues arising from sharing a password with a third party.

All deposits must be made from the member's own payment account. Deposits using a third party's mobile number or account are not permitted and may be rejected.

CX Aff does not charge any fees for deposit processing. However, the payment provider's own charges may apply. If your deposit is not completed, contact our support team with your transaction ID.

Withdrawing your winnings at CX Aff is straightforward and transparent. Here's what you should know before making a withdrawal:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is generally ৳500 BDT.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first large withdrawal.
• Standard members: processed within 1–2 hours; VIP members: processed faster.
• Any portion of a bonus with incomplete wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

CX Aff offers a range of bonuses — including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free bets, reload bonuses, and exclusive VIP offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before opting in.

General bonus terms:

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement — typically ranging from 5x to 30x.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Some games are not eligible for bonus use — this is clearly stated on the offers page.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit them through any strategy may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Cashback terms:

Weekly cashback ranges from 5% to 20% depending on your VIP tier. Cashback is typically calculated and credited to your account every Monday. It generally carries a 1x wagering requirement — meaning it can be withdrawn after just one bet.

All bets on CX Aff are governed by a defined set of rules. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash-out feature is available for that bet.

• If a match is cancelled: The bet is cancelled and the original stake is returned to the account.
• For accumulator bets: If an event in an accumulator is cancelled, that leg is settled at odds of 1.0x.
• Technical Error: If a system error on CX Aff's end causes incorrect odds to be displayed, CX Aff reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Live Betting: Connection drops may cause issues with bet placement. CX Aff is not liable in such cases.
• Maximum Win Cap: A maximum win cap applies to each bet — this may vary depending on the game or event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at CX Aff. Any of these detected will result in immediate action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering under multiple identities to abuse the bonus system
• Using a third party's mobile number or payment account
• Using software bots or automated methods to place bets
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the CX Aff system
• Filing disputes or chargebacks using false information

In the event of a terms violation, CX Aff may suspend or permanently close an account at any time and seize any balance deemed suspicious.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure — recovering funds after an account is closed may not be possible.

Inactive Accounts: An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months. A small monthly maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts — however, no further fees will be deducted once the balance reaches zero.

CX Aff reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in cases of suspected terms violations or fraud. The member will be notified by email, and any legitimate balance will be returned once the investigation is complete.

CX Aff is an entertainment platform. CX Aff's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a member's password or account details being accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Force majeure — natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond our control.

CX Aff believes betting should always be enjoyable. If it starts to feel like a source of stress or problems rather than fun, seeking help isn't a sign of weakness — it's the smart thing to do.

Members on CX Aff can set up the following protective measures for themselves at any time:

• Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Self-Exclusion — temporary account suspension for a specified period
• Cooling-Off Period — from 24 hours up to 30 days
• Access to betting history and transaction details
• Option to permanently close your account

CX Aff reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification — typically at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account. Continuing to use the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
